Universal Electric, Inc. will support it's services with a strong and lengthy warranty program. |
| Universal Electric's warranty period is for 12 months for parts and workmanship, with an additional 12 months for workmanship. (12 months more than the average contractor.) |
| Universal Electric's warranty covers materials supplied and installed by an Universal Electric employee. |
| Warranty work will be completed during normal business hours 8:am - 4pm: Monday through Friday. |

BUILDERS |

Universal Electric's warranty starts from the date the house closes. Warranty work must be scheduled through the builder's customer service department, who then should contact Universal electric. |

Warranty does not cover any material supplied or installed by other companies or electricians. This also includes any alterations made to Universal Electric's materials or workmanship. Warranty may be voided if you have another electrical company or sub-contractor alter or tie into our electrical material or workmanship. Light bulbs, batteries, fixtures supplied by others and any materials supplied by you are not covered by Universal Electric's warranty. |
