Annual Six Point Electric Inspection:
  1. Check and test all GFI receptacles
  2. Clean, test and replace batteries in smoke detectors (up to 6)
  3. Check all connection in electric panel, connection to breakers & neutral bar and tighten as needed
  1. Check inhibitor on all aluminum connections and tighten as needed
  2. Clean, test and replace batteries in Carbon Monoxide detectors
  3. Check A/C disconnects and connections and tighten as needed
